Ordering & Billing
- How do I place an order?
- To place an order select the product(s) you would like to purchase and click “rush my order” on the product page. Once you click that option, you will be redirected to the checkout page. Once there, enter all information, including email, shipping address, shipping method, payment, and billing address. After all information is complete, by clicking “Complete Order” your order will be placed, and you will receive an order confirmation shortly.
- I haven’t received an order confirmation email, what should I do?
- It is possible that the email entered was spelled incorrectly, or the order did not go through. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-505-652-4836.
- What credit cards do you accept?
- We accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Amazon Payment, and Paypal
- How do I update my billing information?
- Please contact us at email@example.com or 1-505-652-4836 to update your billing information linked to your account.
